My recording wasn't analyzed
Check your connection and record again. Very short or very quiet clips may not be measurable; hold the phone about a hand's width from your mouth and try somewhere quiet. If it keeps happening, email us.
How do I cancel Talky Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. On your iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Talky and tap Cancel Subscription. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My subscription doesn't show up
In Talky, tap Restore purchases on the Talky Plus screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple account you subscribed with.
I saw an offensive name in the league
Open the menu on that person's row and choose Report. You can also hide them from your table right away. We review reports and remove offensive names. You can email us as well.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile › Settings › Account and data › Delete account. Details, and what to do if you can't sign in: Account deletion.
